Terms of Service
Plain terms for small software.
These terms apply to danorie.com and to Danorie products that do not publish their own. Products sold through a platform are also governed by that platform's rules.
1. Parties
These terms are between Danorie ("we", "the studio") and you, the person using our website or software ("the service"). Using the service means you accept them.
2. The service
We publish software we build ourselves: web services, browser extensions, Shopify apps and mobile apps. Features, pricing and support for each product are as described on its page or store listing. We may change or retire a product after notice; if we retire a paid product we refund the unused period or offer an equivalent.
3. Payment and refunds
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Shopify, the App Store or Google Play, and each platform's payment and refund rules apply.
- For digital products we sell directly, Korean consumer law gives you 7 days from purchase to withdraw. Custom digital content generated at your request (for example a generated trip plan) may be excluded once generation is complete; we tell you this before you pay.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current period.
4. Your responsibilities
Use the service lawfully and in line with these terms. Do not bypass its security, infringe anyone's rights, or resell it.
5. Intellectual property
The service and its components belong to the studio. Products we release as open source are governed by their licence (for example MIT) instead. Content you submit stays yours; we process it only as needed to provide the service.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the product in the previous 12 months. This limit does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.
7. Changes
We post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavourable to you). Continued use after that date means you accept them.
8. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will try to resolve any dispute by email first; failing that, the competent Korean courts have jurisdiction.
